The language we use daily depicts the world we live in. But, when our language is gender-based and the man to woman ratio seems to be disproportionate, how are we going to achieve equality in all aspects so that we can all view the same reality?

Piraeus Bank recently introduced the EQUALL project. A training, networking and mentoring program that promises to contribute to the formation of a society of equal people. To communicate this initiative, we created a campaign where we see the world through the eyes of a teenage girl, as she encounters many O’s (male definite article) on her way. Her fearless attitude leads her to the classroom, where everything alters gradually, as education has always been a significant starting point for changes.
