7. When do we respond to your Requests?
We respond to your requests free of charge without any delay and in any case within (1) one month from the moment that we receive your request. However, if your Request is complicated or if there is a large number of Requests, we shall inform you within the one-month period if an extension for another (2) two months is required, within which we shall respond to you.
If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or exaggerated, particularly due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into consideration the administrative costs for the provision of the information or the execution of the requested action or it may refuse to follow up on the Request.

We do not take decisions, nor do we proceed to the drawing up of a profile on the basis of an automated processing of your Data.

10. Do we process minors’ Data?
In general, we do not process data regarding children under the age of 16. If we ascertain that we have collected Data of a child under the age of 16, we shall proceed to the erasure of these data as soon as possible.
