CRASHED PIZZAS
THE CHALLENGE
Domino’s. We bet that you’re already thinking about ordering while reading this. Before you do, read further. Orders come and orders go. Yet behind every order lies a demanding job, carried out mostly by young adults: Delivery drivers.
Although Domino’s hires extra drivers to ease the workload, culture is stronger than contracts, making shortcuts and minor traffic violations an unspoken part of the job.
THE APPLEFALL MOMENT
Quality and on-time delivery have always been their promise. But when speed starts putting people at risk, something must change. The real question was:
How do you turn the tables when “fast” starts to overshadow “safe”?
THE SOLUTION
Domino’s did the unthinkable: it crashed its own pizzas.
And you know why? Because it really doesn’t matter. No pizza, no breadsticks, and no delicious subz are worth risking over our riders’ lives. As long as our drivers are safe, we don’t care about anything else. Not even our pizzas. And trust us, we love our pizzas.
